Return Process

  Place the equipment into its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Cressi

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
